The hebbian Mind exists to . It may answer only from its admitted claims. Every sentence it gives should carry the number of the claim it came from, and when nothing it holds bears on your question, it should say so rather than guess.

How your question is answered
A queue, one model, and a contract.
0 · Three to try, then register
A visitor may ask three questions, each after a quick check that they are a person. To keep asking, register with an email address and confirm it from the link we send. Nobody is signed in until they do.
1 · It waits its turn
Questions queue at the gate and are answered strictly one at a time. The Minds share hardware with other work, and a queue keeps a busy hour from becoming everyone's slow hour. You will see your place in line.
2 · The model stays put
Answers come from the model already resident on Spindle, the Foundation's M5 Max. A question cannot choose a model, so patron activity never loads one model out and another in.
3 · The claims are chosen
The claims that bear on your question are drawn from the Mind's own frozen set, twelve at most. If none bears on it, no model is asked at all.
4 · Its citations are checked
Every claim number in the answer is compared with the claims the Mind was given. An invented number is flagged in red, because it is what the promotion gate retires a Mind for.
